A loaded 8 round mag??? I was trying to remove the magazine this with an unloaded, brand new Solo straight from the display case. I thought maybe is was a defect....guess not.

The Solo I held was on display at the gun shop. Beautiful firearm, but if I can't remove an empty magazine that's kind of a turn off for me. LOL

Has anyone handled the Solo? I held one the other day and the magazine release was impossible to depress. The amount of pressure required was insane!! Was this a fluke, or are they all this difficult to depress?

Has anyone given any thought as to if the "Bullet button" makes an AR NY compliant? If it does, then that will void out adjustable stock, muzzle break, and pistol grip parts of the new law.

I do have to say, the DCAEK removed all crunchiness from trigger. It really has a nice feel!!

No, it was reassembled correctly. Everything just slides back into it's grooves. Field stripped the M&P45c again last night. Did it like 5 or 6 times, this time no problems. But I have read that some people have had issues with the lever popping back up though.

No, I still have the little bent spring. It still retains the take down lever. Only thing is now the lever pops back up when disassembling which it hadn't done prior to taking the gun apart. I've read it is common issue. I just liked when mine wasn't affected by it.

I installed the DCAEK in my M&P 45c. Love the trigger, but now I'm having the issue where the takedown level won't stay down on disassembly.

Would the California bullet hole button parts qualify in New York as a fixed magazine? Is the magazine removable still??? Well if you think about it, everything is removable in some way/shape/form. It seems like no one will ship a stripped lower to NY anymore.

I saw an ad for this O/U for around $350. This is their black synthetic stock 18" tactical O/U. Think it's worth it? Something to keep in the bedroom that can be loaded/unloaded quickly.
