Hi all,
I have a couple of Finnish Mosin Nagants that I have had in the armory for years. They are in nice shape. One being a M28, one being a m28/30.
What's the market looking like now a days for them? Going rate? Desirable?
Hi there,
I've been coming across old .22s and have been snatching them up for dang near nothing. I recently got a Glenfield 75 which was missing the inner mag tube. Easy fix, Numrich had them on hand. The second one is the kicker. It's a Coast to Coast CC440. Exactly like the 75 but magazine...
Hello all,
With the current market and crazyness, I wad wondering what would be a good starting price on a Smith MP10? I dont want to screw someone but at the same time, I dont want someone to flip it afterI sell it.
If anyome kmoss anyone who would rather trade me some guns, with a higher...
I just picked up my new smith M&P10. My first .308 AR! Pretty excited...
A couple of questions. Will gas blocks from other 308 ARs fit? Would look to put a free floating hand guard on it. What about grips and stocks? Triggers?
Any help is great! Thanks! I'll give a range report soon!
The little gun isn't on me right now, but the grip has 7.65 on the top. Can't see it on the pic. The 32s chamber, but the slide wont close all the way. Stays open about an 8th of an inch.
I acquired this through my father in law. I googled it and found out the manufacturer. "Garate Anitua" or something. I read that they are finickiy and impossible to find parts for. ANY extra info would be great...dates?
Also, it seems to function, but I cant lock it into battery that well...
They are Altamont grips.
And funny that you mention that LAPD wedding. This whole wedding party are LEOs as well! Great minds think alike!
Thought about derringers for the other groomsmen but I've spent a pretty penny already on the 1911s...
Thanks, Sir
I am pretty excited about it. She's a great gal. And all I have left to do on the 1911 is some hand polishing so they shine a bit more, and oh, some sort of case.
I've been planning and trying to get these guns done for a while, and last night, they were completed! Let me know what you think! One is for me, one is for my best man. The Latin says "Brothers to infinity".
Can't say enough about the engraver, great guy and extremely talented. Enjoy the...
Thanks All,
Talked to a couple of Latin professors and ending up going with "fratres in aeternum".
The 1911s are being cut as we speak. I will post pictures of the final products. The engraving is coming a long nicely, no text yet.
So I'm taking my set of 1911's to get engraved, finally. They should be quite the pair once they are completed. Anyways, I'm engraving " Frateri Ad Infinitum" along the slide which is Latin for "Brothers to Infinity" since one of the weapons is for my best friend/best man.
Anyone here have a...
Man, that guy sounds like a <removed>.
And thanks, sir.
My best man has been my best friend since we were youngsters and we have always talked about having matching 1911s. He deserves a lot AND he arrives from his deployment in Afghanistan tomorrow so this is my thank you gift as well...
So I have been in the market for a set of stainless 1911's. The plan was to get them engraved and trick them out. Pretty much wanted the movie gun/bookcase display gun look. The main reason behind them is that one of them will be given to my best man in my upcoming wedding. So anyways...Here...
