yeah 49gr is pretty good but it kinda makes the point that superformance may not be so super if you cannot outperform the other powders and maintain decent accuracy, my hornady book shows 6 other powders that can beat the velocity of the 49gr load. not giving up yet more playing around needed.

about 1-2 min between shots 2-3min between strings after 4 strings change targets 15min.

123 rounds so far, first 5rnds cleaned after ea shot then after five for 10rounds then after 20 till first 50 rounds were done cleaned really well las night and today I forgot my cleaning rod on the bench here so 50rnds shot today with out cleaning so its getting a good one now.

Has anyone here had any good luck with supeformance powder in their .243? I just finished shooting 50rds that I loaded 5ea from min to max load and groups were just ok nothing spectacular maybe a 1" group in the batch. I was using a new savage model 10 predator hunter max. am i expecting too much?

the taper crimp doesnt have a seater in it so if I want to roll crimp still have to use seater with roll crimp. I tried the one thats marked tc and it looks like a standard taper to me? and yes they got the extra money out of me.
