So many sources. I'll knock off the easy ones first for my project. I get updated prices and live shipping (only to my address for now) every 7 minutes. I think shipping varies as much as the actual prices, which is a pain.

You're probably looking through your non dominant eye. Sight your target, front sight, get a good sight picture, and shoot. If you're using the correct eye you'll be on paper at 25 yards.
