I agree a diamond tile blade would work. I have used them for many years installing tile and you can cut thin strips if the material is stable. Also you can smooth the flat side with a sander with varying grit paper. I use them to bullnose stone.
A 38 S&w nickel plated 4 inch pencil barrel. Has a lanyard loop on the butt, smooth wooden grips. On the butt reads V 4331xx, same number on cylinder. Frame has KQ 87988. Can you identify?
