Sean- I understand your reluctance to ivory and full engraving (especially cost wise) but I always thought the incongruity quite bad-ass on a true fighting pistol. :cool:
InterOrdanance is bringing in a Huglu coach gun. The one they had at the NRA Convention was very nice. Your FFL can order direct. TheMSRP was about $650 so the price could be quite reasonable. It seemed like a lot of gun for the money. Colorcase hardened reciever,double hammers and triggers...
Both old Detonics and High Standard had contemporary designs for top-breaks in the late 80s early 90s. The protype Detonics could not be manufactured at an affordable price.
I know gunwriters have numerous faults and are pretty much shills for advertising. Most give some good info some of the time. The one that drives me nuts is Dick Metalf. Whatever gun he writes about is the greatest thing since spit. How about the rest of you folks?
I think that the varied and well articulated positions demonstrate the problems,issues and viewpoints that make this particular set of facts a nightmare for a jury trial. :scrutiny:
I think what webley was saying was that one should be sure that he or she was in compliance with the law when one challenges its enforcement. Both webley and sar make sense in my opinion.
