I started out shooting with one eye open, but made some effort to try with both eyes opened. I still have the habit of wanting to close my non-dominant eye, but the groups are better with both eyes open. I find that it is becoming more natural to shoot with both eyes open now.

I'd suggest a really good holster for a glock. You might not think of this as being an accessory, but a secure holster will facilitate safe carry. Other than that, I did put night sights on my (carry) g19, but the rest is stock. The rest of your money can be saved for ammo.
