    Loads for .36 Cal. Revolver

    Thanks abunch Gary! I,ve been using 15gr Pyrodex, .375 ball and am satisfied, I did go to Pyrodex website and they listed 30gr max. Couldn,t find anything on .31cal. Any help with this would be appreciated, using 12gr pyrodex and it goes boom but cylinder is not half full with powder wonder wad...

    Have you disabled your S&W internal lock?

    I have a S&W 66 with lock, never use it no problem, this is the best trigger I,ve had on a smith and I,ve owned many. As far as the horror stories go {unintentional locking etc} I would think some of these guns are used in law enforcement, if it were to lock itself? in a self defense situation...

    Well I got the S&W 637 I,ve been lusting after and will be making some handloads, just a thought with a 2" barrel powder wont have long to burn, so I thought bullseye. Any thoughts? I,ve been loading 3gr. with 148gr. HBWC for my 4in. S&W 66 mild and accurate. Thanks and Shoot Safe

    Cabelas Revolvers

    Cabelas is mostly pietta, If it is Uberti they usually say so, and the price is somewhat higher. I think both are good quality, Uberti the better. Shoot Safe
