Well I would have just ordered both hammers but Nurmich doesn't have any more old hammers. But I'll let the old fellow know about what you've told me.
Thanks for all your time.
Well a few days ago a freind of mines father shot himself.
It was accidental. And he was lucky given the fact that it was a .22 Magnum AND it only hit his arm. He is fine, FYI. And you know it was weird how that nail just managed to snag the trigger. Anyway, on to meat of my questions...
Well according to the offical ATF website the ban went dead 12:01 AM Monday morning. And since they're the ones that enforce the laws I'll go with them before I'll listen to what the media has to say.
And speaking of TEC-9s I've been thinking about something. One of the firearms that the...
I e-mailed Vector about a month ago and I was told that they will be selling folding stock Uzi's after the sunset and that they will be the same price as the 'post ban' model they currently sell now; unless the demand flairs up real bad that is.
Well I would perfer which ever suppressor functions the best. I'm not so much looking to make a weapon simalir to the one shown in one of the photos over on www.a-human-right.com
Well I need one for a AK-47 (AKM), not a 74. Totally different caliber. And I'm not looking for a muzzle break; I'm looking for a flash suppressor. Now if you know of one that does both then great.
I've been thinking that it would also be possible to switch out the trunion or possibley the...
Well since were hours away from having a portion of our Second Amendments rights restored when the AWB dies I'm already planning the refits to my collection.
I've already got what I need for my AR but I'm having a small bit of trouble locating parts for my WSAR-10. Namely I've found that if...
Well I managed to find my camera. It's only a 1.2 mega pixel so the image quality isn't great. After a good scrubbing I managed to find that most of wear seems to be consistant to 'holster wear'. Most of the wear is upon the edges of the pistol.
I tried out your suggestion and it didn't...
Now I don't want to turn THR into a apprasel service but I just picked up an old 1911 .45. It looks pretty good, albit a little worn finish wise. Well I got curious so I looked into it and it seems that it was made in 1947! Hell I just thought it was maybe 20 years of old or something.
So...
Heres a link on Tapcos site for a flat for a AK, just so there is no confusion on what I'm talking about.
http://www.tapco.com/product_information.asp?number=ZAK0647&back=yes&dept=39&last=
Although what I'm wondering about could be applied to 100% custom built receivers. For instance...
I've seen some receiver flats and such for receivers for various firearms. What I would like to know is what are the laws involved with these items?
Do you have to put some kind of serial number on it or what?
"It'd look weird without a fore-end"
True and so does that Bushmaster pistol, IMHO. I've just always like the concept of a "assault pistol". If nothing else for the ample intimadation factor.
If I had more machineing and buisness knowledge I'd look into making them myself. Although...
After seeing a image of the new pistol Bushmaster will be producing I got to thinking: what legally defines a pistol, especially when it's very similiar to a rifle? I think it has to do with what the reciever is registered as when it is first made/imported, but I am not certain.
Also I'm...
