When one moves from one state (with a CWP) to another state who recognizes that CWP can you carry until you meet the state's residency requirements and take the test/receive your new permit?
Well after doing some more reading and surfing ultimatereloader, I think I am going to bypass a progressive for now and go with the lee turret - and a new upper. :)

At some point this month I decided that I'm tired of paying a large chunk of change to go shoot at the range (mainly .223). I picked up a copy of the ABCs of Reloading, and have perused the threads. I'm going to find a copy of the Lee manual or Lyman manual as well.
Here is my question...
There is this little screw on the back that apparently is the take down screw- either the gun is so old and wasn't maintained so it won't break down for cleaning, or there is something else you have to do after you unscrew it - I'm trying to figure out which it is :)
Going through the family gun cabinet we came across a Winchester Model 60 .22lr. Most of it is easy to figure out but I have been trying to find a manual for the rifle or someone who is knowledgeable about this model. Any suggestions?
