I had an AMT Gov't model and had the exact same problem with it. Tried everything and could never get it to run. It wouldn't eject or sometimes feed the last round so I tinkered with it and got it to feed/extract the last round but it wouldn't on the first round of a full mag.
I ended up selling it.
