What is the best magazine to use in a SA ultra compact .45? The factory mags don't seem to feed correctly.

Try a Wilson or a Chip McCormick mag. If it still doesn't feed, then send it back to Springfield. I only say try another mag because it may just be a bad mag. You want to rule that out before calling Springfield. It should run with the factory mag.
