OhhhKaaay!! I'm about done for the evening!!
Issue: Brass comes out with a .020 +/- variance (no kidding .... 1.727-1.754 OAL) .... and it no longer fits the Go/No-Go case gauge
Process:
Once Fired Range Brass, mostly mine from American Eagle, Frontier, or whatever
Tumbled
Full length resized
Lubed
Sent through the Super 1050: Deprimed, Swaged, Trimmed, (almost) full length resized
The resize die is not screwed all the way down, it's mostly just to throw the throat ball through the case to double check that measurement & make it easier to deburr as I plan to tumble them again.

This forum has been my Go-To for over a decade I think .... You guy's never let me down!!

What am I doing wrong???

The trim die is a Lyman Pro Trim 223 die. I have that screwed almost all the way down. If I back it out any further, I won't be able to trim the brass at all.
Should I screw this all the way down, as the instructions say, and then just adjust the RT1500 trimmer from there?

I feel like a doof ... Thanks guys in advance! I know that you'll steer this young buck back on course!!
... oh, and once you help me get this sorted, I have a LEO order to fulfill, and then I should have some 223/556 rounds I can sell to ya!!
