Well as frustrating as this has all been on you, the lighter side is that you now have some further knowledge and experience to draw from in the future.

The issues with the chamber and cases can raise their ugly heads with any firearm being factory or custom built. Finding out which is the actual issue is sometimes a walk in the park sometimes not. If you issues had only been with the initial resized cases you could have easily stopped using them and been done, but firing new factory rounds gave identical results gives way to the gun more than anything.

As suggested somewhere above, usually when I start out to load for a new rifle, I try to start out with a box of factory loads on hand simply to get an idea of what to expect. I can use them to simply get on paper if nothing else, and if for what ever reason I see something squirrely with them, I know something might be an issue. From there I will usually check a few measurements with my calipers simply to have a better idea of where my brass should end up once it comes out. Also shooting the factory load across the chrony while doing a work up will give me something else to compare to.

Glad things worked out and everything is now as it should be. Good luck on your hunt.
