THR members, we are ready to begin accepting orders for our 2nd Amendment Magnet Ribbons (see this thread).
After compiling the votes we have decided to start with 250 each of designs 1 & 2 that GOT designed for us. This will be silver ribbon with dark silver edge and black (or blue?) print.
*** Late flash - several people, including our designer GOT, have suggested BLUE print instead of BLACK print. I like this idea, so as you order please include a vote on whether you want them printed BLUE or BLACK. We will only order them one way, majority vote wins on this one. ***
Due to the costs involved, we are not going to place the order for three weeks. During this time we will accept 'definite orders' at a reduced price. After we place the order the price will go up. Payment is not due until product is ready to ship.
The pricing structure is:
Until order date of October 22nd, 2004 - $2.40 each ribbon magnet plus shipping of $1.00 per 10 (or fewer)
After order date each magnet will be $5.00 plus $2.00 shipping per 10.
The problem is that it is going to cost $1,773.00 to order and distribute 500 of these ribbon magnets, and so far only 125 have been spoken for. We are not able to afford to risk this much money without some assurance the expenditure can be recouped. If this offends anyone, feel free to suggest an alternative method of financing this venture.
If anyone can get bulk orders from gun shops, etc., then we will be happy to discount for larger quantities even after the order date.
You may e-mail David Row (THR member dav) at [email protected] to place a definite order, or you may list it here. I will tally the results and present them in this thread.
