30 carbine brass

I came across this in an ad:

"New unfired 30 carbine brass. They have been acid-bathed to make the primers inert. Cleaned and polished, not necessary to resize, punch out the dead primer, reprime, and fill up with your favorite recipe. Manufactured by Lake City."

and they're cheap. is there any potential problem with these? I don't think lake city ever berdan primed stuff.

Just be careful decapping them, I've never heard of a "fool proof" method to make primers inert.

Use eye & ear protection & you'll be OK.

Let us know if you buy 'em, I'm curious now.

Bear in mind, that web site lists "Upcoming events" that are from 2004 & 2007. I would suggest that it is a dead link...but worth investigating.
