Does the .32 ACP bullet fit snugly into the sabot?
What kind of powder do you contemplate? Anything safe for a 110 gr JHP should be perfectly safe as a starting point. Be certain to count the weight of the entire sabot + bullet package. Red Dot, 700-X, Bullseye, Unique, 231 - - Any of these should get you started in the right direction.
What is your goal? Something for small game hunting?
Won't work been there done that. Tried loading some 50cal sabots in 500s@w for my handi rifle. At centerfire pressures the sabots blow out from around the bullet. My results yeilded nothing even vaguely resembling accuracy.

Depending on the caliber, they can and do work (remember the remington accellerators?) even at high pressures. I've heard that saboted .223 bullets in 7.62x25 works too.
I would be worried about a sabot out of a revolver, catching on the cylinder-bbl gap. Same thing with compensators.
