is there such a thing as inexpensive 357 sig ammo? and where do you buy it, around here the last "cheap" box was $23.00 for a box of 50 to carry to the deer lease just for plinking. or a good recipe for reloading it, I don't have the dies yet but I'm probably about to start

make it myself on the lee turret. easy 150 rounds an hour cost 14 cents each. 1 cent/round to amortize the cost of equipment.
Power Pistol 8.7 gr and a 124 gr JRN closely replicates a factory load. I AM ONLY SAYING WHAT WORKS FOR ME!!
crimp is IMPORTANT. disassemble a factory round with the green hammer--3rd, some times 4th wack should do it.set your crimp the same.
as an aside; same bullet and 6.6 PP in a 9mm replicates a Cor-Bon SD round.

Georgia-Arms has ammo boxes of "Canned Heat" in a number of calibers including 357sig. 1000 rounds of 357sig is $300.00 500 rounds is $155.00. Their stuff is very good. 1300fps. I bought 500 to hold me until I got my dies and turret for reloading.
