I started using my Glock 33 for concealed carry almost 100% of the time, it gives good stopping power with the ability to conceal easy with plenty of ammo . Whats your thoughts on the Glock 33 ,I call it my 26 on steroids.

I like the G33. It is very controllable and packs a good punch for its size. I used to carry mine all the time, but started on the Kahr E9 because it's thinner.

Does anyone have the velocity of sig gold dots fired out of a glock 33.I would think that it would at least equal a + P 9mm fired out of a 4 or 5 inch barrel if not greater.

When I looked at getting a sub-compact Glock, I ended up testing (handling/shooting) four of them.
For me the Glock 33 had too much felt-recoil (too snappy), so it ended up fourth on my list.
Ended up getting a Glock 39 (.45GAP), which for me had less felt recoil and was more accurate than both the Glock 27 (.40S&W) and 33 (.357SIG).

Love it, simply love it! I wish the cost of the ammo was less but it is an excellent gun and round! The internal LaserMax makes it awesome!

KAHR P9 with 115 gr. Remington +P @ 1,163 F.P.S.
Glock 33 with 125 gr. Gold Dot @ 1,315 F.P.S.
Ruger Speed Six .357 Mag 3'' barrel. Federal 125 JHP @ 1,248 F.P.S.
The Glock 33 is way ahead of the 9mm with +p and the full equal of the .357 mag from a short barrel.
