Hey, I got some surplus ammo today...I was wondering if anyone could help me with info on the headstamp. There is the number 3 and the number 85. I am assuming that this is corrosive and berdan primed...

Yes to corrosive and berdan primed. As to your other question, it's been awhile since I had to decipher them but you can find out for sure at http://www.7.62x54r.net.
If I had to guess, I'd say Albanian.

OK, "3" means Albania
And "85" is the year of production, 1985.
(really not that old)
It is 147 grain steel core bullet.
ALWAYS assume 7.62x54R surplus ammo as corrosive.
