7mm saum case head size

can anyone tell me what the bolt face size on a 7mm and a 300 saum is?

could a 7mm saum be rechambered to a 7mm-08? or could a 300saum be rechambered to 308?

I tried searching, but found no threads,

Saum have a larger case head than the 308 case head. Another words, it won't work.
