My paperwork should be back soon for my YHM Phantom suppressor for my AR-15. I'd like to play around with some sub sonic loads but don't want to have to shell out a buck per round or more. I found 3 subsonic loads on Accurate Powder's website but the heaviest weight bullet is a 75 grain BTHP. I was wondering if anybody had any recipes for a subsonic .223 load using 80 or 90 grain bullets seated to mag length?
