If you loaded your CZ-82 to luger-like velocities/pressures, the all-steel gun would probably be fine. But the case heads (and the shooter) might not come out ok. The blowback action opens immediately, leaving just the case head to contain the pressure all by itself.
I read there were some few factory made 9x19 versions of one of the makarov guns. I forget which one it was. Anyway, they cut ridges into the chamber so that the expanding brass would catch in the chamber and delay the breech from opening just a tad.
