I've always been a Kershaw nut. Just received these 2:
Full disclosure- these are the seller's pictures.
1993-2 Gentleman's Knife
Blade Length: 3 1/8inches (7.9cm)
Closed Length: 4 1/4inches (10.8cm)
Blade Steel: VG-10 stainless-steel
Handle Material: Black Linen Micarta
Weight: 3.1oz
Wild Turkey "Damascus"
Blade Length: 3 1/8"
Blade Material: 16 layer polished VG-1 clad Damascus steel
Handle Material: Black pakka wood
Closed Length: 3 7/8"
Overall: 8"
Only 250 of these were made
I also experienced a "first" for me today. I injured myself a bit on the 1993-2. Nope, not a cut. Its 10 degrees here. I grabbed the package from the mailbox, opened it, unboxed the knife...and stuck my finger tip to the frozen blade! I know I should have just let it warm up, but my reaction was to jerk my finger away. Nice little bit of finger pad stayed behind!
