I love the concept, but at a glance, the small fist does not look like it's opposing or being overpowered by the larger one. It looks more like the urban/sports knuckle-touch version of a high-five, as in "Yay! A World Without Guns! We did it!" etc.
I think a tight shot of a large muscle-bound arm with a woman's neck and chest filling the frame in a headlock, strained fingers clutching futilely at the arm, and just her mouth (in a grimace) and chin visible at the top of the frame would be more effective.
I suppose it works if the initial misapprehension is what you want, that the fists look like "unity" or congratulatory at frst, then you realize what is really meant as the viewer reads the bottom text. But I think with visual media like this you've got just a split second to make your point and the viewer needs to be beaten over the head with it.
