Ammo ban scare tactic for sales

I could tell ten people that bottled water has been linked to cancer and probably only one or two would actually try to fact check it prior to telling others. That's the way gossip and hearsay goes. That's one way the liberals advance their agenda. They are fully aware that most people just don't verify what they've been told. I bought some M193 because I believe that people will have a knee jerk reaction and start buying it all up. Maybe I added to the panic but I will have some 5.56. Still looking for 22lr.

Now the .30-30 is not by any means what the military would consider a armor piercing round, but think for a minute how some politicians would consider the above scene; you BET they would make a century+ old rifle ammo restricted as being "AP."

Actually the original Democrat bill to ban "armor piercing" ammo included any ammo that "would penetrate a bullet proof vest". This is what you get when you have people writing gun laws that know nothing of guns.

That bill, when passed in it's amended form, basically gave ATF great discretion to decided, on their own what was, and was not "armor piercing".

This is what happenes when congress creates regulatory agencies, and gives them the unconstitutional authority to "legislate". They can make up the rules by simple declaration. Congress must pass legislation to rescind them.

Bush wasn't a pro-2A president. He said that he would gladly sign the then- sunsetting '94-04 AWB if it came to his desk for renewal.
Reagan wasn't a pro-2A president either, for that matter.. we got the MG window closed under his watch.

Well the panic buying has started & ammo is selling out at higher prices, if you can still find it. I was at LGS today & they only had 2-200rd.Pak's of 55gr.FMJ at $99.00 ea. There was about 15-20 boxs of 20rd.s of 55gr.FMJ at $27ea. There was a lot of 7.62×39mm FMJ. I called 2 other stores and they were out! And did not know when they would get anymore.
