I am just trying to get into reloading. I ordered a press and other essential items but cannot find primers. Does anyone know of anyone who has and ships powder and primers and has stock available right now.

I don't.

Powder Valley is out of stock.
They are the drop point shipper for Midway USA primers & powder.

And if they are out of stock, so is everybody else.

Right now, finding primers is find them where you find them I think.

For what it is worth, neither Midway nor Natchez has any. I finally decide to get into reloading and I'm out of luck for now.

Thats what I meant when I said "Powder Valley is out of stock.
They are the drop point shipper for Midway USA primers & powder."

If Powder Valley is out, Midway is out, because that is where Midways primers & powder come from to your door when you order them from Midway.

Just follow up daily for primers and powder. Things will get back to normal.

Let's just start rumors that "assault knives" will be banned. That should get people buying/hoarding knives instead of guns, ammo, and components. :D

Locally, SP primers have been gone for a couple of months. Now, SP mag primers are gone. All other primers are in stock.

I didnt know that midway outsourced their primer and powder sales. Ive been using small rifle primers for both rifle and pistol reloads without any issue- cci, winchester and tula. they are just a little harder. For what its worth, powder valley still has tula 223 primers. not sure if these are the same as small rifle primers or if they are even harder. If whatever you are reloading for has good solid primer strikes, they would be worth a try. worst case scenario they wont be 100% reliable for you and you can sell them locally for $10 more than you paid.
