Any News on the Heller II cases?

Is there any central coordination of all the post-Heller 2A cases out there? The ones that I am most interested in is the Chicago ban and the D.C. followup lawsuit due to their interpretation of the Heller decision.

Also, has anyone floated the idea of maybe suing Illinois to get CCW passed (or just get UUW invalidated unless the state can show a criminal intent - my preference)? Now that I would contribute money to!

OK, the motion for summary judgment was made July 31. It's been a month. How long does a MSJ usually take?

There's a couple of interesting cases in CA that are kinda below-radar but which can readily bobble up.

I believe RKBA incorporation may well come outta CA, sooner than most expect.
(At least within 9th.)

MSJ can be ruled on at any time before the final court opinion is issued, even after the full blown trial is done. One case I know of had a two-year lapse before denying the motion.
