Anyone know anything about ITAR??

Here is my problem.

I sold a set of reloading dies on Ebay.

The buyer is in Switzerland!

Does ITAR (international trafficking in arms) allow me to ship them to Switzerland?

I hear a screw can be considered military equipment under ITAR.

If I ship this item will men in black suits come banging on my door

I can find no information on the web.

Just ship 'em. Reloading dies aren't firearms. Besides what are you worried about(?) - Swiss Cops beating on your door? Not likely. Troops in blue helmets, interpol? Puh-lease?

Yes, but from what I have heard, ITAR extends to bullets, brass, reloading equipment....even a screw.

It appears handloading equipment is exempted:

"(d) Ammunition manufacturing machines and ammunition loading machines (except handloading ones)"
