AOW in Illinois

Anybody have any real world experience with AOWs in Illinois.Looking into the possibility of adding a front pistol grip to an AR15 pistol.I dont see anything in the ILCS prohibiting this in Illinois.I would be doing this as a Corp to avoid the whole CLEO thing which I know I wouldnt get anyway.
