I posted this on ARFCOM, but they arent half as helpful as you guys, even when it comes to ARs

Hey guys,
I went into a gun shop the other day and came across a Bushmaster AR15 A2 (20 inch barrel and fixed stock). I was told it was fired once (couple hundred rounds I assume), and it looked brand new. He was asking $720 for it.
It was Mass compliant and all that other nonsense
My question, is that a good price for a (pretty much) brand new Bushmaster AR? I absolutely loved it. I dont know if it was just the stock trigger but it broke like GLASS And it felt heavier than other ARs Ive handled; I was told it had a match barrel. Being a 16 year old after I saw it I couldnt sleep at night.
Also, how does Bushmaster compare to other brands, such as Colt, RRA, DPMS, Stag, etc? What are the differences between them?
As you can tell I'm a complete noob, but any advice/comments would be appreciated
Thanks
