I would consistently get MOA or better using Federal & Guatemalan m193 surplus out of my RRA Varmint A4 w/ 20" barrel

How many rounds in the group and at what distance? If you can get MOA or better consistently using either type of ammo, that is much better than I have been able to duplicate with my own match barrel that does do MOA or better (5rd groups at 100yds).

Now if I fire 30 three round groups of Guat or Federal, I will get a fair amount of MOA and sub-MOA groups; but that has more to do with the problems inherent in three-round groups than any accuracy potential in the ammo.
