i bought a cmmg dedicated 22 upper with the receiver height railed gas block and want to get a flip up front sight post but am not sure what i need to sit at the correct height. i believe this one will work but would like someone to confirm this. not looking for anything expensive, but dont want"cheap"

is this a good front sight? i wont use it much since i have a aimpoint that will be my primary sight, but would like back up irons. oh yeah, it will be mated to a matech rear buis.
also, 1 other question, will a matech buis work with a 20" bushmaster upper with fixed site gas block? i have a couple of these flipup buis's and am not sure if it will work with the bushys front sight post. thanks for any help. i tried searching but couldn't find much on this subject.
