AR marked "LE"

I have a chance to buy an AR that is sold as a "LE" model. I assume this means Law Enforcement. Is it legal to own as a civilian in Florida?
It does have a 16" barrel and as far as I can tell is exactly the same as everyone else's.
 
Yes, the LE markings are a relic of the AWB days. It doesn't matter that it has the markings. Maybe someday it will be a collectible, lol.
 
You're a civilian, and the police are civilians. I don't see a problem. The military ones are full auto or burst, so no, you cannot buy a military one without some hoop jumping.
