Doesn't meet my criteria of eye candy. No blued steel or wood anywhere.

That and I like my AR's in black or green. I have no use for tan. I don't live in or near desert. I also despise flip-up sights(have encountered my share of them breaking) and dislike anemic automatic pistol rounds in a rifle. Of course, it's all personal taste.

Cav Arms sights aren't flip-ups.

Anemic rounds are cheap compared to .223 and may be fired on more indoor ranges.

Yikes Oleg, those aren't eye-candy... but put them in jars of urine and then you can call it art :)

Boy, tough crowd here. Everyone's a critic.

I like the second one down, the green one. Always wanted a nice light Cav arms lower too.

Oleg, got any more details? ie. Specs?

That first Cav Arms lower is all one piece, right? Is it aluminum or plastic? I like it.

As for the SLR15, a Grail version is the next rifle on my to-get list.
