Greetings my friends and fellow gun enthusiasts!

I'm here wondering if this kit can be used for my LRB lower/Del-Ton upper AR15.

So, can I? I guess I bent my firing pin retaining pin a TINY (barely noticeable) amount and now I can't put it back through. :(

Do most gunshops have this in the store? Or gunsmiths? Or do they order it to fix it if someone wanted to go that route? If they have them in stock I'll probably just go buy it there, even if I have to a premium. I wanted to shoot this weekend. I can't wait on delivery. :(

Yes you can use that. You can probably just buy the part you need, either from del-ton or any other vendor though.

Most larger shops & most gunsmiths keep some small AR parts on hand. Even at a premium, you should only be looking at a few bucks. That ultimate repair kit isn't a bad investment to have common replacement parts on hand.

In a pinch, until you can get a new one - try to straighten the pin and maybe file a taper on the point. Some pins don't want to line up with the hole on the far side and need just a little taper to get them started. Wiggle and turn the pin when installing and see if it will line up okay. Just make sure not to shorten the pin.
When you order one, get a spare. They are easy to lose.

Ends up being that Spikes Tactical is about 10 minutes from me and I didn't know that. They sell the pin. Their pin will fit mine right? I have a Del-Ton upper.
