Is it just me, or does that new RRA rail look like the one that came on my SL8? Too funny, since I chopped my SL8 rail to reduce it's length.
I use the BMAS flips. That stands for, Bushmaster Modular Accessories System. It uses a right-handed adjustment knob, just like the A2 carry handle. It's got push-button release to flip it up, then a push-button release to fold it back down. In other words, it positively locks in BOTH the up and down positions. I like that. And it's slightly cheaper than the ARMS #40.
For the front sight, I use the BMAS front flip sight and 3-rail gas block. If purchased together, it 's $119.99 from Bushmaster.
I haven't played with them, but the flip sights from Wilson and Les Baer look really cool, too.
