I'm gonna put my Euro '73 up on the block and i was wonderin that if someone from the UK bites, anyone know if we are to allowed legaly to mail 'em there ?
Another question.
Do we list our C&B'ers in the regular Buy, Sell and Trade:Handguns Forum ?

Jim, Pretty sure you would need an export license. I would post under the legal heading as I'm sure there are some folks that have first hand experience.

The State Department controls the export of firearms. The gun in question being a black powder cap 'n ball, I don't think the State Department cares since those guns are not considered firearms by Federal definition. However, the UK may consider it a different matter altogether.

I remember an Englishman who took rifle building classes sponsored by the NMLRA at Bowling Green, KY. He had to get permission to bring back a flintlock he had built.

Being a [repro] C&B gun in no way exempts you from the firearms regulations here.
Antiques - different (usually - depends what you want to do with them)

Perhaps you're misunderstandin me Mk VII.
I was only askin which forum to put a for sale up on.

I would also check with our friends in the UK. I beleve BP weapons are regulated over there and importing a BP pistol to the UK may not be so easy.
