Astra Model 4000 "Falcon" .32 ACP Disassembly???

Hello!

I recently acquired on of these; very good condition, but needs cleaning...

...and I can't find a disassembly procedure or manual for it...

Would anyone know where I could find the instructions for field stripping it??? Or an owners manual???

Clear the chamber and leave weapon cocked
Remove magazine
Use a flatblade to depress the lead edge of the barrel bushing and turn bushing counterclockwise to release it from front of slide
Keep good control on bushing while doing this as the recoil spring is fairly strong and will launch the bushing if you let it slip from your grasp.

Remove bushing and recoil spring from front of slide.

Pull slide to rear and use safety catch to lock slide to rear.

Turn barrel from muzzle clockwise to free it from frame lugs.

Release safety catch and allow slide and barel to come forward off frame.
Barrel can be turned free from slide and pulled forward to free it.

No further diassembly is necessary for routine cleaning.

Reassembly is a reverse of this procedure. HTH
