I can't find a PDF version of this form anywhere on the ATF site. It's the C&R application form, by the way. Anyone have a copy, or a good link to one?

Aparently the ATF no longer provides PDF versions of the forms. So I have to submit an order, and wait for them to mail it. Unless one of you fine people has a PDF copy, of course.

The ATF doesn't do downloadable forms anymore. They simply mail them to you.

Here is the ATF address to request a form. It'll be at your place in a week tops.
