I've got a Type M that I just purchased a month ago. Haven't had too much range time with it, but the 300 rounds through it have yielded no failures. Not as accurate with it as some of my other firearms, but I'm sure that will change with practice.
I have a Beretta Compact 96 its a type L have a bout 200 rounds threw it so for no problems if you can find one buy it the compacts are some of the best shooting Beretta pistols out there

I had an opportunity to shoot a single stack compact several months ago. Noticably slimmer than its bigger bros, but similarly reliable & accurate. I went w/ the Centurion version because it uses the same mags as the 92fs'
