I am thinking about picking up one of these pistols for CCW. I tried a search but didn't find much information. Does anyone have the Bersa/Firestorm 9mm and what is your experience with this pistol?
Yes, I have been checking out www.bersatalk.com.
Thanks, modified.

Bersa Sub-Compact Thunder 45

I LOVE my Bersa Sub 45! Why carry a 9? When a 45 will do Much and I Mean MUCH More?

My own personal experience, the Bersa 9mm is excellent. Both me and GF have one. She really loves it. Reliable accurate and inexpensive (read: not cheap). They will eat anything we feed it.
I recommend that you pick one up, shoot it if you can. Make up your own mind up about it.

Love Mine

I Love my 9 Thunder. :) It is one of the most natural pointing pistols I own. I have recommended it as a primary to many friends/associates with limited funds. My fiance carries one also.

Flashpoint, I already have 8 other 9mms. I am looking at the Bersa as a smaller pistol for CCW. I also like the fact that it is based on the Walther P88.

(You've probably guesses that the would in my first post should have been wouldn't. I fixed it.)

I really like my Steyr S9, which is the same size as the Bersa. The 9mm Bersa that I shot was a friends and when I shot it I told him if I didn't already have a carry 9mm I would go get me one like his. If I was to pick up another 9mm it would be something super high cap like a CZ 75B or super small like a Kahr. I would really like to have a duo-tone Bersa in 45acp. I think it would see lots of carry time.

Something you may not know is that the extra mags will set you back about $45.:(

Love my full-size Bersa T9

I've had one of the full-size T9s for several months. I absolutely love it. I surprised myself and started carrying it more than my Bersa T380.

I had a Bersa Mini-Firestorm in .45 and really liked it. Easy to conceal, ambi friendly and fit my hand just fine. Gave it to my son for Christmas for his first handgun. He liked it, but wanted a Springer Mil-Spec so he traded that in on the Springer. He's a happy camper now.

For all you Bersa owners how concealable is the UC 9? I usually carry a P99 and from looking at the numbers the Bersa is about 1/2 shorter and comparable in height. Any pics with the Bersa next to some other "compact" guns (Kel-tec P11, CZ Rami, Taurus Millenium etc) would be appreciated if you have them.
I have a P88C and it is comparable in length to my P99, so I am trying to picture a shorter version in my mind.
Thanks.
