I don't buy anything on line or put any credit card number thru my computer. I do a lot of searches on line but will call if the company has a toll free number listed and place a order person to person. At least I have a name.
A friend gave me his Cheaper than Dirt catalog yesterday. I couldn't believe the prices. Some of the shoulder holsters were less than half what I'd pay if ordered by my local store. Almost everything in there had better than average prices.
There is no single "Best" place, but a couple of my faves are the aforementioned Ammunitontogo, gun-deals, and one lesser known one which is outstanding is www.sgammo.com - he used to sell solely on Gunbroker as "ammunitioncenter" (now sgammo....got about a million positive feedbacks...), but now also has his site, with prices adjusted cheaper as if you buy direct doesn't have to pay the gunbroker fees. I'll always try there first before elsewhere.
