Best prices on primers in Chicago area?

Can anyone tell me the best price on primers in the Chicago area? I usually go to the Bass Pro in Bolingbrook which sells them for around $40/1000, at least that was the price the last time I purchased some. I don't shoot enough to buy in bulk online and make the hazmat fee worth my while.

Any suggestions?

Cabela's in Hoffman Estates has 1000 large pistol primers (Federal, Win) for
~$30. Powder is pretty good too, 1# of Win 231 is $20. Sales tax is 9.5%.
