I shoot both. Silver bear 62 grains and Wolf military classic and wolf black box.
With each of those, I can get with my RRA, SIG556 and FS2000 the bullet holes teach each other at 25 yards quite consistently. However, 2 out of 10 are flyers and will get 1" to 3" away!!!
On the 100 yards, they all perform badly. When I am lucky, I get a group of 2".
With the "good" stuff, I can get under 1" group at 100 yards and I get no flyers at 25 years. It is why I am going to reloading my .223 now.
I've run a couple hundred through some Colt ARs no problem. The stuff I'm using in my current parts gun is "Military Classic" and works fine as well. Definitely a go in 7.63x39!
My point was not that it does not run fine. They all went bang.
Some peopel said they make the gun very dirty very fast. I did not see that really. The coating did not gunk too much my chamber or bolt.
