Blair Holt / HR 45 in Stimulus package???

I heard that a NH Senator on Glen Beck today mentioned that HR 45/ Blair Holt act was slipped into the stimulus bill. Any truth to this???

Don't know, although given the huge size of the bill and the fact none of the scum bags that voted in favor of it actually read it I wouldn't be surprised.
