Blast from the past

My latest toy is the same gun carried by Sonny on Miami Vice for a couple of seasons. A stainless S&W 645. This is a big gun and it should be lots of fun to shoot. Forgive the poor pic, this was the pic the poster had listed for the trade and I'll shoot another myself tomorrow. This ain't a carry piece for sure...

These can be found occasionally in my area sometimes with a very reasonable price. Are those glasers in the magazine? I never was big on most the 2nd gen S&W autos but I want a 639.

Those S&W .45s are nice guns. I hope to obtain one or two myself.

They're sleepers for sure, but they grow on you; I prefer it to 5" 1911's (How'd that happen?)
Finding leather will be a pain, but it can be done, and then its' not much different than carrying a Colt.
