Been shooting a long time. I have never used Blazer ammo in a modern pistol. Gonna try out some 115 grain FMJ Blazer 9mm brass ammo in my P-365.

Any thoughts or opinions on the ammo?

Shot it plenty. Nothing wrong with it for cheaper target ammo.

I used to shoot a lot of "cheap" ammo but ever since I discovered Federal aluminum and brass at Walmart I almost exclusively use that.

It’s good stuff. 124 blazers are even better. Best range ammo I’ve ever tried but that’s not saying much since I rarely buy ammo

I have had good luck with Blazer Brass in a variety of handgun calibers. I also prefer the 124 grain to the 115 grain, but the 115 grain has performed well for me.

Blazer 124 gn brass has been flawless in my 2 9mms. The brass ain't bad for reloading either.

I've used Blazer aluminum-cased ammo for years, and the brass-cased stuff since it was introduced -- and have never had a problem with either one. (I've never noticed much difference in how they perform, either, and since I don't reload, I use whichever is available.when I'm shopping.)

I bought a few cases of it before I started reloading. It works fine in my guns is a decent brass donor.

It’s as good as the rest in that price range - WWB, UMC, Federal, etc.

I don’t shoot it much - I like 9mm NATO for range ammo - but I buy whatever is cheapest for that type of ammo when I want it and it seems all the same to me, Blazer included.

Clean enough. Accurate enough. Powerful enough.

Its OK.

I think its better than the Federal Aluminum IMO...

I had a bullet fall out of the Federal while I was putting the cartridge in a moon clip. :uhoh:

I like the Blazer brass just fine IME. My ranking high to low for 9-mm among the following group is:
Geco 115 and 124 (this is high quality ammo, IME)
Speer Lawman 115 and 124 (very similar to Blazer Brass except it uses a different powder based upon specs a couple years ago*)
Blazer Brass 115 and 124 and Perfecta are tied, and just slightly below Lawman in my preference, but I might not be able to tell the difference in a blind test (Perfecta is made by Fiocchi and is good ammo in my experience of shooting a few hundred rounds)
ZQ1 (I find no issues with this ammo)
S&B is last due to how dirty it shoots

I've never had a misfire or malfunction in any of my CZs or my Hi Power (or my 92SB in the years that I owned it) with any of the above ammo.

* from 2015 -- may have changed since then:
2015 Speer Lawman 115 TMJ--1200 fps--Powder is Alliant BE86--6.6 gr
2015 Blazer Brass FMJ---1150 fps---powder is Alliant Power Pistol--4.4 gr

CCI 5200 (115gr) and CCI 5201 (124gr) are pretty much my preferred go-to range ammo.

I stock up on Blazer when on sale $9.99 , functions well in all my pistols can't say much for the shooter

Works well for me too. Run the 115-124gr in the 9's and the 230gr in the .45's. I have some of the older loadings of the alumnium case Blazer for the .357 and those are on the warmer side.

I’ve been buying & using BB 115 & 124 gr since it first came out & it has always been great stuff in every 9mm that I have.

When I want to shoot my best friend's 9mm LW Commander or one of his Glocks, that's what I usually buy. Never had a problem in any of the three guns. (G17 &19.)
