Hey everyone. I was just sitting around organizing some photos and thought I'd put up some random pics. First is a new Springfield Armory M1A standard. I've wanted one as long as I can remember and finally go this one about 3 months ago.

Next is just a run of the mill AR I built on a DPMS lower and a Delton kit. The red dot is a cheapo tru-glo from Wally world. the red dot is just a toy, but it's fun.

Last is my old WASR that recently got a facelift. I added a threaded sight block and AK74 style brake, and painted all the metal with semi-gloss engine paint. Furniture was finished with Zinnser amber mixed with a few drops of red hydraulic oil dye.

Enjoy and feel free to add your own pics if you've got nothing better to do too!

Thanks

While I'm at it here's my...7MM Savage. This was my first center fire bolt gun. I had an SKS and a Marlin 22mag and was so proud of this one that I used it as my screen name back when I joined this forum. I added the Boyd's stock and Leupold VXI scope. I know these rifles are on the low end of the rifle spectrum, but this one shoots great and I like it a lot.

Great photos, and very nice rifles as well. I'd love to own an M1A or Garand one day, but the budget just won't allow it right now. And I'm starting to run out of room in my safe, so I have to be selective.

I'll play with a few pics. Not as good as yours, but you get the idea.

Here's an Inland M-1 Carbine I picked up recently (mfg 1-44). Yes, it is a mix master, but I don't care. It is fun to shoot and it brings me joy! Feels darn good in my hands and balances wonderfully.

And here's a Franken-AR. BCM mid length upper in 5.56, pencil barrel and BCG on a Doublestar lower. Eats anything and everything with 100% reliability. Nothing fancy, matches up well with my KISS philosophy.

Next photo is of my XM16E1 clone and Chinese SKS. The AR was put together using NoSpud upper and lower receivers, a Young Mfg AR-15 BCG and a Del-Ton 20" pencil barrel. Other than a bad mag, it hasn't had a glitch yet. Really like the shorter A1 stock too. The SKS was dug out of a whole somewhere in Vietnam in '68 or '69; my grandfather brought it back with him when he returned to the States in the early 70s.
