Apologize if this is already being discussed, the search function isn't working for me at any level of the forum

Where is the best place to pick up bulk 9mm ammo? I would be looking to pick up maybe 1,000 rds at a time, and this is just for practice/plinking.

The best price I have found so far is $82 for 500rds shipped to my door, which isn't a whole lot better than I can get the 250rd UMC pack for $47 locally...

Thanks in advance!

Wallmart sells 9mm in 100rd loose boxes.

www.ammoman.com sells Wolf $169/1000 delivered & Speer brass case for $189/1000 delivered.

$82/500 to your door sounds like a good deal, are these reloads?

I see that Bass Pro Shop has 9mm on sale right now.
WWB 100 round box is $13.95 plus tax.
Thats about as good as it gets with factory 9mm ammo now.
Last time I check Wally World had these same ammo for $15.95.

I have looked for hours on end trying to find the best deal on bulk 9mm. Haven't been able to beat WWB at Wally World. Its cheaper than everywhere I have looked including the links posted earlier, and there is no shipping. Plus its new brass and still cheaper than bulk reloads.

Dick's is still running the ad on Remington UMC, $6.98/box when you buy a case, which is 500 rounds to them. Better hurry though, come Sept.1 its gonna shoot up 25%. Personally, I'm glad I reload.:D

Watch the sales and look for closeouts. I picked up 4 50 round boxes of closeout winchester ammo for $5 each at walmart. I have seen some good deals at Sportsman's warehouse.

Thank you for posting this. I am going to make a trip to buy some. Even with the cost of gas, I would save substantially (if I buy in enough bulk of course.)

Last week, the local Wally World was selling 100-count 9mm Winchester White Box ammo for under $16 per box.

That's pretty much the best deal I can find, especially since I've shot many thousands of rounds of the stuff and have yet to find a bad round. (I actually keep the spare CCW mag loaded with them, to back up the first mag of Speer hollow-points. WWB has *far* surpassed the 200-round-without-a-failure mark, so why not?)

Same as what WeedWhacker said. I've never had trouble with WWB and whatever price savings I usually find online is lost in the shipping costs. Not many gun shows my way so I don't see those kind of deals.

Of course, this begs the question as to whether your weapon will take the "cheap stuff". My S&W M&P 9 takes the WWB from Walmarticus perfectly. Maybe I just love my gun...

Bass Pro's current ad -- UMC 250 bulk-pack $36.99 or $38.99, can't remember exactly.

Farm & Fleet -- UMC 250 bulk-pack $39.99.

Dick's sell's reloaded LNR's for about 35 bucks for 300.

Which bass pro has the WWB deal? my central PA bass pro does not. Anyone know if they'll match prices from a different region?

How much do prices fluctuate by region? Curious how much different things are up here in Wa state compared to the east coast.

We don't have any Bass Pro Shops anywhere in the area, so it's looking like I'll have to make a mid-night run to WalMart :barf:

if you reload, you can make 1000 rounds of 9mm 125 grain Lead RN for about $50. (brassmanbrass.com has 1000 9mm slugs for $34 delivered, primers are 1.8 cents a piece at www.powdervalleyinc.com and powder is like $1 per 1000 rounds)

You can put about 4000 9mm rounds into a milsurp 50 cal ammo can. Think about that 4000 rounds for $200. hmmm.
